I had quick service even though all other mechanic shops were closed. Franklin came straight to me and saved my from possibly messing up my car from driving it (a piece of the bolt was inside of the breaks). I am delighted to share that I have FINALLY FOUND IT! From the first phone call, Tanya was terrific! Very professional and accommodating from the start to the end!!! The waiting area was spotless and had availed several opportunities that welcomed how to spend time while I waited! Robert, the mechanic that replaced the transmission from my 2007 Toyota Highlander was ver knowledge as ble and presented me with all options for repair for me to decide on. I simply cannot express enough gratitude to this HONEST BUSINESS! Oh, and the pricing was incredibly affordable, unlike other shops in the area! I brought my truck in with a misfire, leak, and shaking fearing the worst with engine work all to be told the problem wasn’t as big as I thought and they fixed it and she’s running beautifully again. I had taken it to the dealership and the told me everything that needed to be repaired. The shop call me the next day and told me the abs light was on after the install and then they told me I needed a new anti-lock tone ring and something was wrong with my brake.  I refused the additional repair and told them I will come to pick up my car.  When I picked up my car, the collision and maintenance lights was on too. They failed to tell me this over the phone.  I had to take my car back to the dealership get it repaired after they worked on my car.  This shop used to be a reliable place to take your car for repair but has turned into a money grab.   This is not a fake post. Kept sending me texts, asking me did the dearlership fix my car.  They spelled my name wrong on the receipt.  (Venesthaisia)
